Director & Mentor

Ally Smart is our Company Director and innovator in the Leadership Space. Ally and her team work with Leaders on many continents from many industries.

Her career is atypical and diverse and includes both private and public sectors, entrepreneur, director, senior management, media, marketing, and scientific research.

The sale of one Company allowed her to pursue her passion to work with other Leaders and Lead her own innovative research.

Inspired by her clients, Ally Smart created Leaders People Follow™ and the High Engagement System™, which is the commercial arm of her doctorate on Social Intelligence and Leadership.
